We visited several wineries in the Jordan Valley area and tried many different varieties. At each location we tasted up to four wines with a food paring. It was a beautiful day, a wonderful experience and we all had a great time. Pictures below are from the Creekside Estates wine cellar and Fielding Estates Balcony.

On Sunday May 3rd Knights and volunteers helped out at the Deluxe Pancake Breakfast. We evan had some Immacualate Heart Of Mary students come out. In total there was hundreds of customers and tons of people who were happy to serve other people. Even the Catholic Woman’s Bake Sale was a complete success. All of the extra food (specifically scrambled eggs) went to the Good Shepard when the sale was all done.

On April 10th several Knights went down to Missausage and picked up all of the fertilizer for the sale. This was a very good fundraiser. On Saturday April 11th people picked up their bags of fertilizer. Another sale is planed for next summer so buy your fertilizer from the Knights of Colombus. Here are some pictures of the people who came out.
